Delete Your Account
This page lets you request deletion of your SMKY MTN app account and associated personal data. The SMKY MTN app is published by Smokey Mountain Pouches & Long Cut on Google Play and Smokey Mountain Chew, Inc. on the App Store. You can use this page whether or not you still have the app installed.
How to request deletion
- In the app (fastest): sign in, go to Account, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. Because you're signed in, no further verification is needed.
- Without the app: fill out the form below using the email address on your account. Since we can't verify a web request automatically, we'll reply to that email address to confirm the request came from you before deleting anything.
Either way, we'll email you when your account has been deleted.
What's deleted
- Your name, email, phone number, and sign-in
- Your saved shipping addresses
- Your rewards points and unused rewards
- Any Subscribe & Save subscriptions are canceled, with no further charges
What we keep
- Records of past orders (items, amounts, and dates) that we're required to keep for taxes and accounting, with your personal details removed. These are kept for up to 7 years.
If you've used Shop Pay, information you shared directly with Shop Pay is managed by Shopify and isn't covered by this request.
Timing
- In the app: you're signed out right away, and deletion is completed in about 10 days.
- Using the form below: deletion is completed within 30 days of confirming your request by email.
